Operations Controller
Current- Develop the proces for identifying/counting large equipment and subsequent registration in an asset catalogue- Specify further development actions for asset catalogue (e.g. maintenance history, financial information etc.) with intent to optimize the asset life cycle- Identify and correct deviations in monthly salary control, ensuring correct remuneration of field staff (e.g group fitness instructors and personal trainers)- Define ways of working for clubs and ensure correct execution of operational procedures- Inter-organizational coordination and communication in relation to new operational procedures and optimization of existing ones- General support of 150+ clubs in relation to day-to-day operations (e.g. ordering goods, stock count, salary control, shift planning, system support etc.)
