I got my first full-time position after college on April Fools' Day; I thought the VP was joking when he offered me the role to replace the Director of Market Research at the public company. He recognized immediately that my passion for data analysis, problem-solving, and asking novel questions enabled me to gain the knowledge to both excel in the role and the ability to have a meaningful impact on the company and deliver timely results.My inquisitive data-driven nature leads me to deep customer engagement and being able to synthesize information for a broader audience to create cross-organization alignment to enable the success of the product.
