I have 10years of Experience in Teaching High School Mathematics.I have started a Research Society with some kids that I teach at Menzi High School, Umlazi Township.Within the Society, I develop these kids on the following:1. Life Skills (this is the foundation of all the other components). They are taught with a circle format sitting arrangement, and case studies are used frequently). 2. Debating (prepared and unprepared, boardroom and public format). 3. Culture of Reading (there is a book club, every pupil should always be reading at least one book).
