Seth became our resident expert and kept up to date on the latest releases and worked with other stakeholders on ways to implement new features and functionality. All while maintaining an exceptional customer satisfaction ratings at approximately 95% for any period we measured. His co-workers always enjoyed working with Seth and he always performed well, even during times of pressure and apparent chaos, Seth was always able to maintain composure and focus on ensuring customer experience was above reproach."
