• Partnered with the Company’s CEO in establishing and implementing the Company’s short and long term business strategies.• Lead the Company’s administrative functions, including Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Information Technologies and Facilities.• Established the Company’s general, administrative and operational infrastructure to support the growth of the company from 20 employees to 55 employees in less than 2 years.• Responsible for all accounting, budgets, monthly forecast, cash management, internal controls, policies and procedures and contracts – including legal, vendor, partner and customer, for Archivas and its international subsidiary.• Established three-year operating plan, incorporating detailed revenue and cost forecasting process that provided accurate internal forecasting and guidance to the board. Plan was instrumental in creating a framework used to support the Company’s valuation in its acquisition by HDS.• Lead and coordinated all aspects of the Company’s acquisition by HDS in February, 2007 at a valuation of $120MM, almost 80 times the Company’s last twelve months revenues. • Closed Series C private round, raising $12MM in cash and increasing the pre-money valuation from $19MM in the B round to $38MM in the C.• Prepared the materials for and participated in all board of directors meetings, including closed sessions.• Negotiated and executed the Company’s first OEM agreement with HDS in September, 2005.• Lead and coordinated the Company’s move and build-out of its 20,000 square foot corporate headquarters in Waltham, MA, including negotiation of five-year office lease at a rate 30% below market.• Opened office and established operations for the Company’s UK subsidiary and EMEA HQ.• Designed and owned all Company compensation plans, including management and employee bonus plans and sales force compensation plans.• Participated with CTO in sales calls to New York financial services firms.
