CurrentCurrently working on improving communication between SE frontline staff and customers, mostly leveraging Microsoft PowerPlatform.Recently supporting colleagues with migrating web content for sdi.co.uk onto a new design system platform. I can still wear my content hat.April 21 - April 22: Served as Product owner for scottish-enterprise.com, our main corporate website, as maternity leave cover. From October 2018 until 2021, I was lead Service Designer on the findbusinesssupport.gov.scot project. This was delivered on behalf of the Business Support Partnership – a collection of agencies of the Scottish Government that deliver service to businesses.Originally undertaken as a response to the Enterprise & Skills Review, we developed this service from, essentially, a paragraph in the Review to a fully-fledged multichannel service which now supports over 100 publically-funded bodies in Scotland. The service gives businesses in Scotland instant access to all publically-funded services available to them, in one place. In March 2020, the website and call centre became – entirely unexpectedly – the default channel for businesses to access government support during the early days of the Coronavirus pandemic. We had just gone into public Beta. We went from a few hundred visitors a day to over 170,000 following one announcement from the First Minister for Scotland.Previously worked in an agile pilot to deliver enhanced services and experiences for Scottish Enterprise and Scottish Development International's customers.
