- Responsible for operative order processing and deadline monitoring (incl. control of order confirmations, delivery bills, invoices, goods receipt confirmations)- Checking inventory of items that have exceeded their useful life and ensuring availability and capital commitment- Assuming responsibility for complaints management for third party suppliers- Selecting and qualifying new suppliers and periodically evaluating existing suppliers- Supply the external distribution center in Holland with packaging material- Receive supplier inquiries, obtain quotes, samples and arrange for internal testing (based on CAD drawings of each item)- Leading cost saving projects- Visiting and evaluating possible suppliers in Holland- Negotiating prices and arranging blanket orders with suppliersUpdating and maintaining internal documents, processes and supplier documentation- Entering and maintaining all data of existing articles as well as suppliers by means of ERP and supplier quality management systems- Evaluate various products such as: equipment, manufacturing and consumable materials
