Having been in an law enforcement agency for most part of my career, I have honed my expertise in Intelligence gathering, Operations management & command, as well as in Investigation. My years of service have allowed me to specialise in operation management, risk management, businesses process review, conflict resolution and strategic communication. Being versatile and quick to adapt, I am a keen learner who sees change in roles as an opportunity to for personal development as well as to understand the business process better. I have also built up strong operation and investigation acumen during the course of my work, which help me to be an effective decision maker and to be able to see things from multiple perspectives. I am currently a Senior Investigation Officer, handling complex cases. My work has trained me to be objective, analytical and logical. Yet, to do it well, strong communication skills and empathy can help one go a long way. I understand the importance of equipping myself with the hard knowledge required of a position while not forgetting the human touch which can sometimes make all the difference in what is being said and done. A firm believer in organisational citizenship, I would go the extra mile if I can improve things in the organisation I serve. Through this effort, I have been gained the opportunity to be involved various automation and digital transformation projects, policy reviews and most importantly, I gained the trust and support of my peers. I feel that as our world progresses in our digital transformation effort, criminal syndicates too experience a transformation in their modus operandi. It is increasingly important and urgent to have proper safeguards and regulatory governance in our digital space and platforms. It is my wish to have the chance to develop myself in this area.My strong interest in people (and what motivate them) led me to majoring in Human Resource Consulting back in my university days. I see my people as individuals with their own aspirations and desire for personal growth. This has helped me greatly in my communications be it formal or informal, and especially when faced with a difficult situation or when conducting conflict resolution. In short, I am friendly and love to engage. Feel free to drop me a line.
