All rebuilding and restructuring projects were completed ahead of time and under budget.Planned, conducted and taught combative course for A Co. 1-30 IN (over 200 Soldiers) with less than a week's notice, and received commendation from the 3rd Infantry Division Sergeant MajorDesignated as A Company's Safety Officer. Kept A Co. In compliance with all federal and state safety regulations. Maintained and improved upon existing safety and structural conditions as per state and federal building codes, and used either existing resources or came in under-budget.
