2Nd Brigade, 3Rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Ga

As ABRO, I was responsible for setting up all planning, implementation and successful completion of all repair, refurbishment and replacement of every piece of equipment within 2nd Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division. This included everything from small arms (pistols, rifles and automatic weapons) to tracked vehicles (Bradley Fighting Vehicles, tanks and howitzers). I planned and led daily and weekly briefings at the Brigade and Division level. I was responsible for insuring that the reset of over $500 million worth of equipment was carried out on time and within budgetary constraints. 2nd Brigade completed reset ahead of all other Brigades in the Division and completed it under budget.

This included, but was not limited to, quartering parties, security forces in withdrawals, support Ensured that the casualty evacuation plan was complete and executed properly by directing the platoon's airman, and aid and litter teams. Planned and conducted joint operations with British Special Air Service (SAS)Conducted rebuilding operations in the Bayjia region of Southern Baghdad, Iraq, to include the repair and operation of a major irrigation pump station, allowing the surrounding farmers to grow crops after more than a year of non-operational canals, and opening two elementary schools that had been closed due to structural damages for more than a year and a half. All rebuilding and restructuring projects were completed ahead of time and under budget.Planned, conducted and taught combative course for A Co. 1-30 IN (over 200 Soldiers) with less than a week's notice, and received commendation from the 3rd Infantry Division Sergeant MajorDesignated as A Company's Safety Officer. Kept A Co. In compliance with all federal and state safety regulations. Maintained and improved upon existing safety and structural conditions as per state and federal building codes, and used either existing resources or came in under-budget.
