Focused on bringing on net new clients within the retail, travel, and classified sectors by providing companies with digital performance marketing solutions to immediately increase eCommerce revenue. Charged with exceeding client goals using metrics including, ROAS, COS, and CPA. Main point of contact is CMO, VP of marketing, Director of eCommerce, and IT professionals.

Recruit, train, and manage a team of 17 at Hult's Boston, and San Francisco campuses. Work alongside Director of Marketing to qualify potential candidates, and begin the application and on-boarding process. Utilize Salesforce to track progress, analyze trends, and develop growth strategy. Conceived, built, and maintain website to assist in team management and analytics; capturing data used to effectively plan schedule for sales cycle, as well as increased the efficiency of team members.

Started and grew Recruitment and Development team from 3, to 16 people. Managed team charged with recruiting 600 US families to host international exchange students. Liaised with customers, principals/teachers, and host families equally.

Managed group of 70 volunteer field representatives responsible for the placement of 300 foreign exchange students from 20 countries, throughout the US, and supervising them over the course of their exchange year. Worked closely with guidance councilors throughout the country to encourage them to implement student exchange into their curriculum

Worked with customers to arrange vacation/educational tour plans. Specialized in tours for small groups and individual travellers. Consistently exceeded monthly sales goals while maintaining positive working relationships with previous travelers.
