I have served in the U.S. Army for 20 years as an intelligence professional because I love the challenge of the job and being a leader and mentor to young people. I continuously sought out positions in the more challenging units, taking on the most difficult roles, because I knew that was where I could deliver the greatest impact.I have led large teams across diverse and environments, coordinating with government teams, military contractors, international personnel, and civilian agencies. While I enjoyed my military career, the nomadic lifestyle of the military has gotten tiresome and my body is healing slower than when I was younger. I have missed too many birthdays, holidays, and personal events and want to move on to the private sector.A Few Highlights of My Leadership:-Re-wrote the training playbook to quickly ramp-up a cross-functional team of 16-Continuously won buy-In from leadership teams for new programs leveraging data and analytics to drive success-Delivered 200% increase in product production, leveraging government systems and MS Suite to coordinate reporting and product developmentA professional’s day does not end at 5:00pm. In order to excel in any field and be considered a true professional, it’s the responsibility of a person to take the time to remain educated on the industry, predict and react to changes in the field, and constantly look for new and innovative ways to solve problems. A professional doesn’t have a “job,” they have a Profession that they must strive everyday to become better at.If you would like to connect or know more about my professional story, please send me an InMail message or email me at seamus.m.ryan1981.comKey Strengths: Project Management | Program Management | Analytical Evaluation | Compliance | Account Management | Cross-Functional Team Leadership | Resource Allocation | Managing Timelines & Reporting | Standardizing Policies & Procedures | Change Management | Solutions Delivery | Reporting | Presenting Solutions & Data | Performance Management | Communication | Active TS/SCI
