Dr. Sean A. Haley is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience driving transformative change in community development, public policy, and education. As the Executive Director of the Center for Civic and Public Policy Improvement in Houston, Texas, he leads a wide range of community-focused initiatives, advocating for historically marginalized and under-resourced populations.
