My background in team sports has taught me to work with people and my training as an Occupational Therapist means I try keep people at the centre of how I approach my work. I have strong skills in leading teams, delivering on organisational safety/compliance/risk results, influencing and engaging with senior stakeholders, developing and implementing strategy, managing key risks and also process mapping methodologies. I am flexible and adaptable and am at my best when leading people through the complexity of work. My work experience has given me - Business improvement – I have process mapping and variance analysis skills to be able to accurately identify process issues and then develop creative solutions to address these issues.
