The Eastern Creek NDC employs approximately 460 permanent team members and services close to 200 stores in the Sydney metro and QLD region. The Human Resource Manager is the “go to” person on site for expert, practical, commercially balanced and industrially sensitive HR advice, recruitment support and leadership.

- Provide accurate and consistent HR advice to Line Managers on a wide range of Human Resource topics including: - EBA interpretation. - Workforce planning. - The Management of short and long term absenteeism. - Suggested action following Team Member Equal Opportunity, behavioural or Policy breaches. - Assist Line Managers in the performance Management / termination of team members they manage.- Conduct investigations into behavioural breaches and provide recommendations to representatives of the respective company.- Represent Coles Group at any Fair Work, Anti-discrimination, Human Rights or Fair Work Ombudsman matter.
