Portfolio Management / Intake: • Lead weekly portfolio review sessions w/ CPI leadership; detailing prospective leads, active chartering exercises and in-flight engagements• Serve as the core liaison to all potential customers, selling CPI’s services and detailing a customized approach to meet the needs of each client• Authoring all project charters, project plans, cost estimates, resourcing plans, and detailing key deliverables for all prospective engagements • Oversee drafting and submission of all project SOWs and vendor contractsProject Resourcing / Contractor Management:• Oversee the resourcing of all project work through external vendors and/or CPI project leadso Actively managing 10-15 contractors o Emphasize DEI practices in the hiring of all contractors• Onboarding of all new project leads with project materials o Assist with the project kick-off, i.e. setting up initial introductions and SME working sessions• “Bench Management” - Review demand pipeline with Client Engagement Managers from external vendors to keep a strong roster of contractors ready when neededProject Deliverables:• Establish project output standards & ensure all deliverables adhere to CPI standards• Lead weekly vendor check-ins to review project deliverables for each active engagement• Oversee quality control on projects, including handling of issue escalations stemming from customer dissatisfaction• Overseeing the successful handoff of final materials to clients, ensuring all CPI standards were followed in the creation of all final deliverables• Articulate the business impact of CPI engagementsCustomer Satisfaction:• Oversee weekly check-ins with customers to ensure project leads are adhering to the project charter; troubleshooting when issues are raisedMarketing Outreach:• Lead a data-driven marketing outreach • Maintenance of a professional network composed of highly satisfied customers who could be relied upon for repeat engagements and project referrals
