The business sold and deployed over 4,000 seats. I have overseen over 200 technical implementation projects during my tenure thus far.I led the deployment of the companies largest customer, deploying a circa 550 user Desktop as a Service (DaaS) solution, 12 virtual servers within an IaaS migration, 550 user Office 365, 300 user IP telephony system and approx. 50 site internet connectivity solution for voice and data. The project was a huge success and won PMGC a Comms Business award due to the scale and complexity of the deployment.

Here I had a pivotal role in implementing the IP telephone system from the early stages by developing features, building bespoke telephone systems as well as installing and integrating Orbit in to Intercity’s own infrastructure and some Intercity’s largest customers which requires a high level of networking knowledge. I also mapped the process which is still in use by the team today.In this role I also gained an accreditation in SIP from the SSCA SIP School and gained skills in telephony such as ISDN/ISDN gateways, VoIP, IP authenticated SIP Trunks, writing XML config files for IP phones and much more.
