After successfully demonstrating my abilities as a lead generator, and setting up the SAR team I was then given the opportunity to be a senior PPI/; my duties were to ascertain the client's needs as to whether it was a PPI or PBA complaint, I would then guide them through the process answering any queries.

I started in the role of lead generator at Money Expert; my duties were to convert leads into sales to claim back miss-sold PPI for our customers in a target based environment using our sister company Owl Claims. If the client wasn't eligible to reclaim then I would cross sell other financial products such as debt solutions, life insurance, mortgages and car loans.SAR Administration Team Leader; Owl ClaimsAfter proving my resourcefulness as a lead generator I was then given the opportunity to help set up a new team for the purpose of stream lining the SAR (Subject Access Request) process. My duties were business to business relationship management, it was my job to form relationships with the lenders in order to achieve as smooth and effective a process as possible. I would speak to lenders on a regular basis to make sure that the process was running optimally on both ends in order to highlight any issues and implement measures to prevent any future occurrence. I was able to liaise with the lenders and set up a shortened process called PIR (PPI Information Request) which eliminated cost and halved the timescales for the return of information required for a successful claim.

In my role as a claims administrator I was required to input any new claims received from our referral sources into the bespoke software system (CMS) making sure to add the details of each claim accurately, and to add any new information from Insurers/police/witness/solicitors and to notify the claims handlers dealing with that particular claim type. Reports had to be run on a daily basis to make sure that the vehicles we supplied on hire were properly insured. I had to liaise with insurers to ensure the smooth running of the claims process and to highlight any issues that may arise and then implement measures to prevent reoccurrence. I was also one of the founding members of the charity team, it was my responsibility to organise charity events for various charities.

My main duties as an installer were to build specifically designed offices by erecting studded walls, hanging suspended ceilings, decoration of the office including all types of floorings, window fitting and glazing, and to assemble office furniture. Other duties included the construction of warehouse racking as well as demolishing offices and breaking down racking.

My duties as a construction operative were to work as a part of a team to fully refurbish void council houses in the St Helens area. This involved completely ripping out the whole house, changing damp course, all aspects of plastering, plumbing, joinery, bathroom/kitchen fitting, decorating, landscaping and fencing. Also I was involved in the building of a training centre to help improve the skills of young people in deprived areas of St helens.

My duties involved the ripping out of bathrooms and utilities to install and fit specifically designed bespoke bathrooms for high end customers. This entailed demolition, tiling, plumbing, installation of bathroom appliances, carpet fitting and decorating.
