At HIS, Inc I've reached out to clients in the Defense, Medical, Automotive and Consumer industries, helping them reduce the risks of fielding complex products which contain defects. Some of my safety-critical projects help save lives, others save profits. All are critical to my valued clients. I've developed software for devices ranging from weapon targeting systems to glucose meters to washing machines, and performed safety analysis on code for hand-placed detonation devices to close-air-support targeting systems. I helped build the organization from 14 to 60 employees over the six years I was with SEP. I developed numerous new clients, staffed the projects with mostly young engineers and computer scientists, and insured we met or exceeded our clients' expectations. I developed specific training in embedded systems programming for our team.

Developed Safety Critical Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) and Traction Control System (TCS) Software for full-size sedans. This included software design, coding, and thorough testing and analysis on the development platform.
