The solution is found in the people and environment you build around yourself.  My many years in the industry has taught me that innovation, relationships, and overall success are often grown from what can be sacrificed.  These sacrifices can vary, but often include your labor, time, pride, and resources.  My quest has always been to take personal responsibility and help, coach, and guide those around me so that they can attain every ounce of potential they have in life.  Although, I strive to be the top of my field in accuracy, timeliness, strategy, and work ethic, my proudest successes have been watching the growth of others whom I have mentored.  So, what is the solution to lasting success?  Is it simply building a tall and narrow tower that is yourself?  Or could it be that with attention to detail, using your skills to build the people around you, and cultivating your environment for sustained improvement should you build a lasting fortress?
