With a comprehensive knowledge of all coatings and their application, building a larger, well trained team of painting and coating professionals.Monitoring schedules of dozens of jobsites simultaneously required extensive staffing, training and mentoring to build the skills and leaders to coach their teams.The projects were spread from BC to Alberta, and I actively visited all of the sites regularly to check in on progress and team moral.
