However, the process typically involves making specific changes in focus, mindset, emotional resilience, communication styles & collaborative teamwork behaviors.I owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to Tim Gallwey, author of “The Inner Game” series of books, who mentored me from 1993-2000. Tim helped me better understand the correlation between how people learn naturally – and the myriad ways we get in the way of our own success.
