Sean is the Chief Operating Officer of PwC's Customer/Citizen-led Transformation practice (Public Sector) and Commercial Director in PwC's Education Consulting business. Sean has a demonstrated history of supporting clients on large scale, technology-enabled, operating model transformation programmes across the public sector, including Education, Defence, Home Affairs, Justice, Policing and Central Government. Sean leads large, end-to-end digital transformation programmes from visioning and business case development, through to integrated design, systems and business integration and benefits realisation. Sean has led large, multidisciplinary teams on transformation programmes centred around supporting clients in facing some of their most complex challenges by reimagining their business models and transforming their technology estate, whilst realising significant organisational benefits. Sean directed the programme of work which resulted in PwC winning a MCA (Management Consulting Association) award for ‘Technology Transformation of theYear’ in 2022.Sean has a strong network of clients at C-suite level who interact with Sean daily to consult him on their business challenges and to seek advice on their strategic priorities and transformation agendas.
