As an IT consultant I work in partnership with clients, advising them how to use information technology in order to meet their business objectives or overcome problems. Consulting them to improve the structure and efficiency of their IT systems. I am also involved in sales, as well as technical duties.Before becoming a consultant (August of 2013) I was technician, mainly preforming help desk, tier 1 and 2, responsibilities. I worked mostly with Microsoft Servers ranging from Server 2003 to 2012. I also worked with ClearOS software and Linux based operating systems. Alongside maintaining systems I also worked with PC and server hardware.
