SaaS/Enterprise sales. Similar to salesforce.com, the recruiting software we sold that helped coaches manage & track all of their recruits' information while maintaining compliance within the rules and regulations of the NCAA. I was responsible for training the coaches and managing the accounts that I sold, ensuring an excellent customer experience and providing coaches with additional materials purchased in a timely manner. I was chosen as the sole representative at the American Football Coaches Association conference 2012 and as a company representative at the NCAA Convention 2012.

Business to business sales. I sold advertising space in small, localized telephone directories. Through a combination of renewal customers and new customers, I was responsible for exceeding the previous year’s revenue by 10%-15% before starting a new project.
