I love programming. At work I write C# and JavaScript (and typescript). It is almost all "test driven" to create a complete suite of tests for each feature. I practice the SOLID principles but mostly the O (Open/Closed) because it seems to be the biggest problem I run into when adding features to existing projects.Have been a manager for a little while now and it mostly involves unblocking people, protecting them so that they can get their tasks done, and creating the structure for others to work within. Like team-lead but you get to hire people, help create policy, enforce policy, and give some agency to the teams to make improvements.At home I work in Unity and Rider (C#) on personal projects. Working towards actually releasing something someday, hah.Also, not a jerk and really easy to work with : )
