I am the type of person who loves a challenge even if I fail at it because that is what hard work is all about challenging yourself. I would rather fail at something to learn from my mistakes than succeed and not being taught anything. I value myself as a leader and follower at the same time as there will always be someone higher than you and can teach myself a thing or two.
