First, steering the development of DealerPage+, a dynamic multi-site Wordpress platform designed for small-medium sized used car dealerships across Canada. As the Project Manager, I engage proactively with the development team, implementing continuous enhancements on a monthly basis to elevate the platform and improve retention and increase new business sales. This includes strategy calls, redesigning landing pages for an improved conversion rate, designing creative to be used for Meta Ads & addressing any ongoing questions or concerns the client has- Meet with clients on a monthly basis to discuss campaign metrics, KPIs' related to business objectives, lead quality and discuss any UX/UI/ content suggestions to improve campaign performance moving forward- Work with the Sales team closely in assisting with closing deals & ensuring they are prepared for their discovery calls
