I am an experienced Installation Technician with Innserve Technical Services . In the 6+ years I have been working there I have built up excellent working relationships with my colleagues, planning team and management team. Day to day I build fantastic customer relationships by; ensuring First time resolution on jobs where possible and by going over and above to meet and exceed the customers expectations. Working on numerous installations I have built up significant knowledge of coolers and drinks systems (soft drinks, beer and cocktail systems). Working on maintenance calls I enjoy the challenge of problem solving to find a resolution to the current systems. As part of my current role I enjoy working as part of a wider team but depending on the scope of work I also excel working independently. I often route plan my days to ensure the most economic and time efficient solution is achieved.
