Attended third level college in IADT in Dun Laoghaire Co. Dublin, studying a Cert in Audio Visual Media Technology.When my Certificate was complete I joined the IADT Student Union full time, as the Vice President/Welfare officer, which was a 1 year elected position.After my year in "student politics" I wished to further my education and returned to IADT for a diploma in Digital Media Technology.Awaiting for the school year to restart I obtained work experience with Pearl AV in Dublin Castle shadowing the technicians while they supervised the various events taking place.While in college I worked part time for the company handling logistics for the 2004 EU Presidency. In November 2004 I worked in Celtic Note record store during the busy Christmas retail period.Feb 2005 I made my way back into the world of AV working for the nationwide company AVC.Mostly working out of the Dublin office, looking after conferences and events in many of Dublin's conference venues.Including the Red Cow Hotel, Radisson St. Helen's in Stillorgan and the Guinness Storehouse.In Dec 2012, I joined AVtek to look after the Aviva Stadium AV working with Compass catering, assisting the conference and banqueting team with all their AV needs for the day to day conferences, match days and other big events.In Sep 2016 I changed venue to start working as onsite AV support for Kerry Group at their Global Technology and Innovation Centre in Naas Co.Kildare.
