Was promoted to the manual dialer due to my high success rate in March. While on the manual dialer I used various search engines and resources to locate viable phone numbers for delinquent accounts, worked with the customer to come to a conclusion that was both beneficial for them and our company, and collected on these accounts using top down negotiations.
