- Led all supplier management activity for the team tasked with modernizing the Wing Body Join Future Production System- Managed all facets of the supplier integration plan including schedule development, design review schedules, gated requirements, testing, change management, and risk mitigation- Coordinated across functions within Boeing including tool design, tool construction, facilities construction, equipment engineers, logistics, and Program management to successfully execute the plan- Utilized program management best practices in implementing a robust meeting cadence to improve performance to plan- Helped lead the formation of the new Supplier Program Manager function within the business unit

- Led 787-10 development activities for all Japanese and Korean suppliers, ensured gated criteria was fulfilled, requirements were coordinated with the program, plans were developed for qualifications, flight test, tooling and integration- Managed a cross functional team from engineering, manufacturing, tooling, scheduling, and finance in developing the 787-10 baseline schedule - Developed strategy and integrated all development activities as the focal point between Boeing and its Japanese and Korean suppliers building various sections of the airplane- Worked cross functionally to negotiate 787-10 work statement and ultimately a nonrecurring engineering settlement

- Managed a complex network of suppliers and Partners across the United States, Europe and Asia - Led numerous process improvement initiatives at a supplier which enabled rate increases from less than two shipsets/month to a rate of seven shipsets/month- Built organizational talent by leading an Employee Involvement (EI) team that was nominated as one of the top six EI teams in all of Boeing Commercial Airplanes - Facilitated multiple Lean workshops which assessed bottlenecks in the factory for a large scale composite structural assembly of the 787- Developed risk assessments, recovery plans, and corrective action plans onsite at a supplier and their sub-tiers, both international and domestic- Led onsite supplier assessments which assessed how master schedule requirements to review a supplier’s capacity, facilities, and tooling acquisitions, as well as their ability to meet future rate requirements- Interfaced with Final Assembly leadership to develop kitting and packaging solutions that reduced flow and scrapped parts- Managed cross functional part recovery teams to build get to green plans, monitored suppliers’ performance to plan, and ensured parts supported load in Final Assembly
