After joining CSQ in 2017, I am currently the General Manager Industry Services & Procurement, responsible for leading the design and implementation of CSQ’s stakeholder engagement framework and career pathways strategy. In this role I am also accountable for CSQ’s procurement and supplier assurance activity, with responsibility for procuring and managing close to ~$50M of workforce services for the construction industry annually. Prior to joining CSQ, I held a range of leadership roles in private enterprise, and the Vocational and Tertiary sectors, including higher education institutions and private vocational providers, peak industry bodies, and leading workforce development programs for both State and Federal governments. Tertiary Qualified in organisational development and commerce, I am a passionate advocate for the benefits education can provide, and am currently focused on leading the review and relaunch of CSQ’s suite of programs focused on attracting talent into the Queensland construction industry.
