Former parent company of Origin Enterprises plcPrior to the set up of ARYZTA AG, managed the preparation, oversight and publication of the IAWS Group plc (2006 to 2008) and Origin Enterprises, plc (2007 to 2008) annual and interim reports – prepared under IFRS. Acted as key liaison with the Group’s internal and external auditors on all reporting matters.Prepared and reviewed the statutory financial statements for approximately 100 subsidiaries based in Ireland, UK and France.Instrumental member of the team which affected a transformational corporate restructuring in 2007 resulting in IAWS Group plc carving out its Agri-Services business and forming a new separate plc – Origin Enterprises (see above).
