At Coastal Logistics Group (CLG), my journey from Corporate Controller to GM of Project Logistics over a collective tenure of more than a decade has equipped me with a deep understanding of financial intricacies and leadership acumen. In my current role, I apply strategic foresight to navigate complex logistics challenges, ensuring our team's alignment with our client's project objectives. My core competencies lie in driving operational excellence and fostering a collaborative environment.Over the past 10 years, our team has engaged in numerous automotive and industrial projects that have provided expertise, timely execution, and innovative solutions that enhanced efficiency and value for our clients. CLG has safely handled the receipt of thousands import containers through our port-centric facilities. Managed receipt and inventory of import and domestic materials in a project-centric warehouse and/or onsite laydown area with final sequenced delivery to the installation contractor within the plant with our experienced onsite logistics team, cranes and other MHE.Our core services are import and export handling of commodities based in Savannah GA, but we also operate in Charleston SC and Norfolk VA. We have ≈ 1.2m square feet of warehouse space across those 3 markets.In short, we are capable of handling material from origin to final installation point and everything in between.
