Sean Curry is a Graduate Software Engineer at Encirc. Colleagues describe them as "Sean joined the Encirc IT support team as a work experience placement with the intention of learning about IT support and getting some hands on experience. From day one he showed incredible work ethic, enthusiasm and intrigue. He took any opportunity to jump into something new. Despite this being Sean's first role in Tech he displayed an outstanding level of professionalism when working with clients. He derives a sense of pride and accomplishment from providing quality service for his clients and being a supportive, encouraging team player. During his time at Encirc he became a genuine asset to the team. In just three months he supported the team by resolving BAU IT support requests, assisting in deployment projects, streamlining equipment deployments, maintaining documentation and creating processes that are still in use at the time of writing. As a result, it is no surprise to me that after passing his Software Engineering Degree he has earned a full time position at Telefonica Tech where he continues to support Encirc to a high standard in spite of the roles demanding nature. His time at Encirc has improved his confidence, time management, teamwork, technical knowledge and communication skills. His dedication to continuous improvement and his affable character make him an absolute pleasure to work with."
