• Carrying out of Topographical surveys using ‘Topcon Total Station and GPS’, downloading surveys and subsequent tidying up.• Carrying out and assisting in measured building surveys and subsequent drafting in Auto Cad• Meeting with lead designer to discuss design elements• Preparation and submission of planning applications to local authority• Preparing contract documents and conducting the tender process• Setting out of buildings to be constructed along with level, using a ‘Topcon Total Station’. • Carrying out periodic inspection of buildings to ensure compliance with regulations
