I am a small business owner and contract laborer within the cheerleading and dance industry. The beauty about the industry is that everyone gets to wear multiple hats. One day I am a business owner, the next day I am an educator, the next I am a consultant. The constant drive to learn and grow as an individual also helps me grow as a professional. I accept any new opportunity with the promise that I will gain more knowledge compared to when I began. Skills include public speaking, educating, multitasking, money management, people management, and customer service. While I am not searching for new employment at this time, I am always open to new opportunities that have the potential to help me develop personally and professionally.
