As the Worship Pastor I am responsible for the execution of excellent corporate worship services. I prioritize a distraction-free, joyful environment to inspire and guide people to Jesus. As one of the Pastors on our team I get to equip volunteers involved in this ministry to fulfill the roles to which they have committed and help shepherd them into a growing relationship with Jesus. Simply put, I get to Worship God and love-on His people.

As the Connections Pastor my responsibilities revolved around getting members and guests involved in small groups and/or ministries. In addition to assimilation my focus was on organizing ministries and equipping/encouraging ministry leaders through group training and special events.

I have many unique clients with different needs and I help to implement solutions that boost the growth of their businesses. My clients range from IT companies to Surgical Centers as well as 60+ page magazines. With data driven solutions, my clients and I are able to collaborate about strategies that impact each of their target demographics.

As a part of the Pearl Brands team, my focus was on the collaborative design and development of websites and website maintenance. I continually sought out efficiency using tools such as SASS, jQuery, PHP and Vue.js to create a UX that exceeded our client's expectations. I was also responsible for much of the IT maintenance in the office, including, server administration, remote server access, and computer troubleshooting.

I was the head of a team called the Servant Leadership Team that was designed to create the Mission and Vision of the Church, the statement of beliefs, and the bylaws. In addition I created the name, logo, and website for the church. My main roles were to organize the services, lead worship, and consult with the elders.

My focus was split between two areas, Marketing and IT support. As the Marketing Director I created and executed campaigns for the weight-loss procedures that were offered. I added analytics for reporting about each campaign for presentation and review. I developed all of the printed material that we used to hand out to patients and referring providers. I also created all of the social media graphics and much of the content. As IT support I added content and maintained the website to keep it current with our campaigns and growing practice. I also maintained and connected the employees to our server and was our EHR administrator.

I had a major focus in three areas. (Worship) I led a worship team to lead the Church in corporate musical worship for our Sunday morning services. (Graphic/Digital Design) I was also responsible for creating and implementing graphics, marketing material and web design that conveyed the message(s) of our current sermon series, theme or event. (Technology) In addition I implemented technology that was beneficial for church interactivity, communication and was also fun. I also made sure that our computers were connected and safe, and maintained the tech equipment that we used on a daily basis.

As a part of a creative team I was responsible for providing Web Design solutions to meet our clients needs. Every detail mattered and almost every employee touched our material before it left the shop. We moved at a fast pace and were driven by immovable deadlines and client satisfaction.

As the Worship Pastor of this church plant, I focused on a few key areas to create a foundation. Recruiting new people to join the worship team, team development, and new equipment. In my time at journey, I was able to put together a couple teams for a band rotation as well as a production team to facilitate the new equipment. I also implemented technology to enhance the service presentations, create organization for scheduling, and church-wide communication.

As the Youth Minister I prioritized relationships. I achieved this through partnering with the students in weekly discipleship groups, mid-week teaching, and daily communication. I also created opportunities to partner with parents so that I could equip parents to lead their kids spiritually. I developed a student led worship band as well. There was constant growth spiritually/numerically and many decisions to follow Jesus.

As the Assistant Manager I was responsible for hiring and training employees. I was also responsible for daily operations where I tracked and received inventory, scheduled employees, and helped with payroll. My biggest focus, however was to “sell hats and have fun”. I sold many hats and was often in the top 3 salesmen in my area.

Naples, Florida Area

This season of youth ministry was focused on developing programs and volunteers to minister to students from K-12. This was a grass-roots effort that caught fire. There was huge growth in our middle-school and high-school ministry. I networked with several youth groups in the surrounding areas where we created our own events like Youth Group Olympics. As with a K-12 ministry, my biggest challenges were recruiting and training volunteers. I also organized VBS, CIY conferences, and lock-ins.

As the Assistant Manager of Cinemark I was responsible for opening/closing the movie theatre, balancing the registers, and training employees. My main focus was supervising and facilitating the concession area.

East 40 Church of Christ is a sister-church of North Terrace Church of Christ and needed an Interim Worship Minister. For 10 months I led Worship for the congregation. During this time, I was able to create consistency in their worship volunteer scheduling and efficiency in worship production practices.

Norwich, Ohio

As the Youth & Family Minister, I was responsible for youth, K-12. My biggest focus was recruiting and training volunteers to help support every age group. I organized everything from VBS to CIY youth conferences. With all the volunteers, weekly programming and big events, we saw wonderful growth.

Greenwood, Indiana

As the Youth Ministry Intern, my priority was to support the Youth Ministry leadership and learn. I oversaw the high-school student leadership team and helped them establish a worship band. I taught small group classes weekly. I was responsible for some marketing materials and event communication. I also helped to organize a youth conference in Chile, South America.
