• Reviews and understands the SSS contract and any updates to the contract, to manage and report findings and maintain compliance. • Responsible for budgeting and accounting for approximately $8 million per year. • Responsible for daily operations, safety, personnel, logistics, maintenance, best practices, training, and full scope contract compliance. • Coordinate with Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR) to provide the client with required and requested training support.• Manages the submission of weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports utilizing formal reporting systems/processes and sent to the CO and the COR. • Reports reflect all contract relevant issues, findings, solutions and/or recommended solutions to correct any problems observed and document the date the problem was corrected or the status. • Manages the timely and accurate submission of all employees’ payroll and other human resource or logistic requirements of the company.• Manages the coordination of all maintenance and repair of company vehicles with sub-contractors and manufacturers.• Creates and submits Service Contract Work Requests (SCWR) and Purchase Requests (PR) and approves internal Purchase Orders (PO).• Ensures all Government initiated actions/modifications are correct and in accordance with the nature/scope of the contract and the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).• Creates and submits Request for Proposal (RFP) and Request for Equitable Adjustment (REA) documents. • Ensure all monthly invoicing is complete on time and is accurate as outlined by the contracted rate. • Validate and respond to Customer Complaints and ensure that when warranted, corrective action is taken immediately, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are either modified or emplaced as a result.

• Reviews and understands the contract and any updates to the contract, to manage and report findings and maintain compliance. • Responsible for daily operations, safety, personnel, logistics, maintenance, best practices, training, and full scope contract compliance. • Coordinate with Army / DoD Leadership to develop training, programs of instruction and best practices to provide the client with required and requested training products.• Manage the submission of weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports utilizing formal reporting systems/processes and send them to the Contract Officer and the Contract Officer’s Representative. • Reports reflect all contract relevant issues, findings, solutions and/or recommended solutions to correct any problems observed and document the date the problem was corrected or the status. • Manage and maintain inventory of all weapons, vehicles, and equipment assigned to the contract site. • Manage the coordination of all maintenance and repair of weapons and vehicles with sub-contractors and manufacturers.• Manage the proper maintenance of all computer systems, sub-systems, and System Administration. • Manage, supervise, edit, and program software to support client requests for specific and/or evolving training courses or environments. • Manage, schedule, coordinate, and maintain instructor and operator/maintainer personnel coverage to contract specifications. • Manage the timely and accurate submission of all employees’ payroll and other human resource or logistic requirements of the company. • Manage the coordination between other Government Contractors to maintain buildings and facilities. • Project Manager - SAMT also performs other duties under the contract, such as Safety Officer, Subject Matter Expert, and System Administration.
