I set out on a journey in the U.S. Navy, initially following in my father's footsteps as a submarine sonar technician. Over the course of six years, I served aboard two fast attack submarines, where I developed a deep appreciation for the camaraderie and dedication of my fellow submariners.However, my calling led me to a new challenge within the Navy SEAL Teams, where I spent five years honing my skills and mindset in high-stakes operations. This experience not only tested my physical and mental limits but also instilled in me invaluable leadership and problem-solving abilities.As the training coordinator at my organization, I spearheaded the development of a comprehensive program to ensure that 140 service members received essential training, crucial for the organization to fulfill its mission. This role instilled in me a strong sense of organization and effective personnel management. I successfully managed an annual operating budget of $35m, aligned with organizational growth, and organizational objectives. As I transitioned to civilian life, my passion has evolved towards project management.
