While having a global process oversight and Continuous Improvement remit, I relocated to our Thailand facility to focus more on supporting and developing the regional engineering talent. I worked side-by-side with our Thailand and Philippines engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot product and process issues. I ran cross-facility workshops, organised best practice sharing visits and provided coaching and formal training in Six Sigma methodology.
