Started at Greystar as a Project Manager and was Promoted to Senior Project Manager after two projects and again promoted to Director of Construction for Orlando, FL . As a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager at Greystar, I have Constructed 3 Projects. A mix between 4 story garden & wrap style apartments totaling 759 units in Ft Lauderdale, Winter Garden and Orlando, FL with a total value of $110M. I am currently working on a Student Housing Project with 1,100 beds at UCF in Orlando, FL. My Responsibilities as a Project Manager/Senior PM included Hiring, Buyout, Contracts, Scheduling, Budgeting, Creating CO’s, Creating / Managing RFI’s, Reviewing / Processing Submittals, Monthly Reporting, Helping w/ Pre-con, Etc.). As a Director of Construction, My responsibilities include participating in the preconstruction phase, providing input for constructability, budgeting, preparing the prime contracts for execution, interviewing and hiring the project management team, as well as the Superintendent/Field team, overseeing, training and supporting the project management teams for the Orlando Region. In addition to the Student Housing project I am currently acting Project Manager on, I am also overseeing 5 other projects throughout the I-4 Corridor between Champions Gate and Daytona, FL.

Completed Two High Density Wraps as an APM and One Garden Style Apartment as a Project Manager. As an Assistant Project Manager I completed Modera Westshore Apartments in Tampa, FL, which is a (6) Story Tunnel Form, 300-Unit Mid-rise Luxury Apartment Complex and Modera Prime 235 Apartments in St. Petersburg, FL, which is an (8) Story Tunnel Form, 309-Unit Mid-rise Luxury Apartment Complex. As a Project Manager Constructed a 4 Story Tunnel Form Garden Style Apartment Complex with a Total of (12) Buildings and 278 Units in Pembroke Pines, FL.
