I oversee all work within our account for Best Buy ranging from normal resets and ADA compliance work up to full scale remodels. I help with estimating and creating budgets for projects as well as coordinating resources to complete the work. I act as the liaison between our client and our corporate office.

I was the Account Executive for Best Buy for our company. I manage the resets that are completed within our assigned group of stores. I help in creating the budget as well as helping maintain the schedule. I am the liaison between Best Buy and our company. I am responsible for creating the documents that are needed in order to complete the resets.

I was responsible for creating the staffing schedules for the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast and Florida divisions of our company. I maintained time off requests as well as weekly schedules for all employees. I also was responsible for creating rollout schedules for work to be completed by the field. I helped to control costs by creating effective schedules that took into consideration travel costs, work hours and hotel costs. During this time I was also responsible for setting up flight and hotel stays for employees within my regions.

I was the account manager over Home Depot for our company. I worked out of Home Depot's corporate office and was the liaison between Home Depot and our company. I helped create and maintain reset schedules, launch kits for resets we would complete, and other materials that would be needed to complete the work. I was involved with daily meetings to determine the scope and budget of projects as well as the status of the current project.

I oversaw the Southeast and Florida divisions for all Home Depot resets for our company. I was responsible for hiring and training employees as well as creating weekly and monthly schedules for employees as well as for the resets we were to complete. I was responsible for all resets as well as new stores and remodels completed in my regions. I was Responsible for creating and maintaining the budget for the fiscal year.

I was responsible for a territory in Atlanta and had service representatives report to me. I helped write employee schedules as well as making sure all projects and surveys were complete. I maintained relationships with the store managers and regional managers for Home Depot in accordance with policy.

I was responsible for the maintaining and service of 15 stores in the Atlanta area. We were responsible for all bays in the flooring department as well as the Décor department. We were responsible for maintaining planograms and completing survey's and special projects.

Southeast

I was responsible for executing resets inside of Home Depot. I moved over to being responsible for completing new store resets for Department 23, 24, and 59.

Macon, Ga

I was an assistant to the Director of Football Operations for the Macon Knights who competed in the AFL2 league. The Macon Knights were an Arena Football League 2 team. I was responsible for daily transactions for the team as well as setting up practice facilities and maintaining team rosters. During the season I became responsible for game day operations for all home games. I created the Game Plan for all activities for the game. I handled all sponsorship involvement during the commercial breaks as well as setting up on field contests. I helped coordinate with the league officials as well as help set up the field for each home game. I helped design the team mascot as well. Once SportTowne opened, I helped operate the building that helped house 3 indoor sport courts, retail shop, sports bar, 2 gyms and offices. I was responsible for creating and running our indoor soccer league as well as our indoor flag football league. I coordinated schedules as well as oversaw the opening and closing of the building.
