An adaptable all-rounder who is quick to learn and has occupied a number of roles across a number of professional fields.I am passionate about leadership and ultimately delivering through the growth and empowerment of others. I have a track record - both inside and outside of work - of directing groups of individuals towards common understanding of a vision and making it a reality. Many of my proudest moments are when my leadership has contributed in a small way to a person becoming more than they thought they could be. I have served in numerous honorary positions in charities and sporting clubs in order to gain further fulfilment of a similar nature and give back to parts of society that have nurtured and shaped me.Communication and Influence are core strengths of mine and I tend to lead with a coaching disposition. I am fascinated by Disruption Theory and while systematically driving immediate solutions to current problems, I will naturally challenge convention and think about what might be, rather than only the reality of what is already.
