• Evaluate, process and implement compliance of pharmaceutical manufacturer rebate contracts • Execute contract terms and conditions across multiple databases • Ensure accuracy of billing and passing of pharmaceutical derived revenue• Support administration of rebates at point-of-sale• Investigate and collaborate with accounting department in the manufacture invoicing process• Support strategy development of examining drug trends, rebate savings to clients, and potential contract and formulary changes and clinical data• Assist with the development of client recommendations to maximize rebates and minimize pharmaceutical spend • Audit financial billing discrepancies• Collaborate on internal project’s and cross functional work groups

• Supervisors/Managers are present at every Sport Club practice, game, tournament and home event as well as all intramural games. • They are responsible for ensuring that all Sport Club participants have filled out the proper forms before practicing and for supervising/managing the IM officials during IM shifts. • Supervisors are also responsible for risk management and act as first responders in the event of an injury. • In addition to all the duties of a supervisor, managers are the liaison between their assigned sport clubs and the Sport Club office and assist the teams in ensuring that everything that needs to be done to function as a legitimate club, gets done.• On the intramural sports side, managers are responsible for the training, hiring and scheduling of IM officials.
