Ensure a consistent approach to procurement anddelivery of projects and compliance within the required standards.Provide technical reviews to all options. Ensure projects are deliveredsafely, efficiently, effectively, providing value for money to a high quality.Ensure all project management, administration, planning and reportingrequirements are aligned with the Property Projects programme’s overallobjectives. Provide an appropriate interface with the project governanceforums and business customers. Work closely with the property team toinfluence the methodologies and approach while facilitating training to theproject team members. Chair all necessary project working groups tosupport the effective development and delivery of projects.Ensure all funding supply and governance is adhered to – from capitalplanning to sign off of formal funding points. Manage Project Planning anddocumentation and develope project plans as applicable. Also responsiblefor ensuring all project planning documentation is prepared and signed off.
