Sibö is a Fairtrade chocolate producer based near San Jose, Costa Rica. Here, I worked for 10 weeks as the sole intern for Sibö, during which I:• Produced the company’s first transparency to inform consumers on the source of Sibö chocolate and the impact of its production from a social, economic, & environmental standpoint.• Analyzed Sibö’s value chain to understand the true costs paid to all of the participants in the company’s supply chain, including, farmers, processors, manufacturers, retailers, etc.• Used kitchen experience to help in the restaurant during busy services.• Developed my Spanish, as well as, my ability to be versatile and work wherever I was needed.

• Got comfortable working in a busy kitchen where I was expected to get quality food out to patrons fast.• Proved myself to be a dependable team player and an employee who works well under pressure.

• Drove car with supplies, helped as a server during large events and worked in the kitchen, both centrally, and on-site.

-Transported and set up food and drink for various student, alumni and staff events throughout campus in a timely and responsible manner.

- Helped with filing, maintaining and updating contact information and order history using Microsoft Outlook and Excel.-Assisted in product repair and refurbishment.
