Upon selection, I project managed the integration and implementation of the new system ready for the first Spanish store opening - including the integration of a new European EFT provider> eCommerce - Project managed the integration and IT launch of the Poundland eCommerce Website> Self Checkout (SCO) - Project managed the selection and RFP process to select a Self Checkout provider.
