• Conducted a scheduling optimization analysis with Disney Vacation Club resorts in Orlando and Vero Beach, Florida;• As part of an independent senior project at Purdue University, conducted a statistical analysis project using SAS programming to assess the pros and cons of single line vs. multiple distributed queues as part of a redesign of a retail shop at Epcot Center.
Industrial Engineer Intern
• Managed a task force of six equipment experts to design an improved factory tracking system. Led factory-wide communications efforts and training on the new system. The result was more accurate tracking of work-in-process, thus more accurate forecasting results for microcontroller production; • Created and maintained a simulation model to aid in the time-effective transfer of all factory equipment to Israel. Results of the simulation were a phased timeline for shipping each piece of equipment at specific times in order to meet demand for micro-controllers in the international market.
