Since joining Ridgecrest Regional Hospital as a Payroll Analyst, my focus on data architecture and HRIS, leveraging KRONOS and UKG software, has enhanced payroll operations significantly. With an ongoing pursuit of both Fundamental Payroll Certification and Certified Payroll Professional License at PayrollOrg, I am expanding my expertise in payroll methodologies. This education complements my background in Finance through Cerro Coso Community College, where I am currently working towards my Associates to Transfer in Accounting, and future pursuit of Masters in Data Science. My role at JDTelecom as an Investment Executive has been instrumental in applying financial acumen to technology investments, showcasing my ability to merge cross-sector knowledge for organizational growth.
